If you’re into the ‘collected over time’ aesthetic of European styling, then the English Farmhouse look is for you! Add in some clean and modern elements to keep it fresh. For example - glassware instead of stemware for wine and fresh crisp green floral centerpieces.

Even if you’ve never heard of the word ‘Hygge’ - I’m sure you are familiar with its meaning. Hygge is a Danish concept that encompasses a feeling of cozy contentment and well-being through enjoying the simple things in life. If your dining room is already on the moodier side of things, it might make sense to embrace this easy to recreate look. Loads of candlelight, warm cozy textures and dark place settings will help make your dishes pop!

This terra cotta inspired table top is a personal favorite. It’s warm, fresh, festive and earthy. For such an autumnal color it's surprisingly fresh paired sage green or a robbin’s egg blue. This look is casual and eclectic - perfect for a California Thanksgiving.

CLASSIC & ELEGANT

Elevated elegance. If these settings resonate with you, then you tend to prefer a little more traditional aesthetic when setting the table. Classic casual china, hemstitched linens, antique brass candleholders and cut crystal glassware are staples that every host should invest in. By swapping out table linens and tapered colors you can create a fresh table scape for any color palette or event, year after year.

ORGANIC & NATURAL

The organic and natural Wabi-Sabi aesthetic is simple. Combine pieces that feel handmade, timeworn and exhibit natural textures and voila! The literal meaning of Wabi-Sabi refers to the acceptance of imperfection, a sentiment that is particularly fitting for Thanksgiving - a time where we reflect and celebrate and are thankful for all that we have - both the perfect and imperfect elements of our life.
